Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Learner Success Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Learner Success Intern at Athena FundX, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive learning experience for our users, supporting their growth, and contributing to our mission of empowering women entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Support:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely, empathetic, and helpful support via email and other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot user issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
- Feedback Collection:
- Collect user feedback on the learning experience and platform usability.
- Collaborate with the product team to convey user insights for continuous improvement.
- Engagement Initiatives:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of learner engagement initiatives, such as webinars, workshops, and networking events.
- Foster a sense of community among users through various channels.
- Data Analysis:
- Assist in analyzing user engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights to enhance the overall learner success strategy.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for learning and supporting others in their educational journey.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms is a plus.
