Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Learning to lead our educational initiatives and drive the continuous improvement of the Athena Coach learning experience. As the Head of Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational strategy, ensuring high-quality content delivery, and contributing to our mission of empowering women entrepreneurs globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educational Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive educational strategy aligned with Athena FundX’s mission and goals.
- Oversee the design and implementation of innovative learning programs and resources.
- Content Development:
- Lead the creation of engaging and impactful learning content, incorporating diverse formats such as video, audio, and interactive materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and alignment with learner needs.
- Learning Experience Design:
- Enhance the overall user learning experience by implementing effective instructional design principles.
- Implement strategies to increase learner engagement and retention.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing learning team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on innovation and excellence.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Learner Success Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Learner Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for users.
- Leverage learner feedback for iterative improvements in the learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing innovative and effective learning programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
